Account Opening Procedure

Documents required for legal entities:

  1. Applicable to all directors, Signatory, Passport with photo of all personnel using the account and all beneficial owners of the legal entity (Not here 10 year) Or a government issued ID card with a photo (Not here 10 year) .

Registration documents (Certificate of Company Registration, Organizational Outline, Company Articles of Association, Proof of registered office address, etc) , Including all changes, supplement, And accompanied by relevant confirmation letters of appointment of personnel authorized to act on behalf of the legal entity;
  3. Documents confirming the ownership structure of the legal entity, It must also include personal details of all ultimate beneficiaries. Please note that, The ultimate beneficiary can only be a natural person.
  4. Confirm the utility bill or bank statement for the business location (The file cannot exceed 3 A month) ;

  1. Certified Representative Authorization Letter;
